Doing body recovery for my knee pain

My knee feels so much better plus I can work out almost exactly the way I used to

I tend to go overboard when I do a work out. I frequently will hurt a muscle and make it go to the point of failure. It is not odd for me to have an injury that has me crippled, icing plus moaning about it for almost a week. I had an injury that lasted a whole year though. I seriously disfigured my left knee to the point where I could not sleep or sit in a car comfortably. I tried stretching plus getting massages, the knee pain still was horrible. Working out was next to impossible. I could not do anything lower body oriented. Basically I could lift weights plus do crunches. I then saw that the fitness center I go to offers body recovery programs. I signed up instantly to try the health plus recovery class. The fitness instructor was fun plus wanted to know exactly where everyone’s injury was at. The class ranged from older couples, sports injuries plus people being injured at work. The fitness expert grouped us based on where the injury was. I ended up with a couple of hurt athletes plus all our exceries were meant to not flare up the legs. We did light lower body work plus discovered other exercises that did not hurt us. I have been doing my health plus recovery class for a few days now plus I just love it. My knee feels so much better plus I can work out almost exactly the way I used to. The people in class are all in the same situation too. Everyone is motivated to keep on going!
