Since I was just a young girl, physical interests have been a very critical part of my life.
While I was growing up, I was heavily involved in gymnastics, dance as well as other sports.
Just about everyday after school I attended some type of intense practice. I was regularly busy with competitions, tournaments or games on weekends. When I went to university, I decided to continue all of these activities on a greater as well as more intense scale. It never occurred to me how tough it would be to keep up with this same level of fitness as I got a great deal older. When I got married, had numerous small children as well as worked a full-time task, it was a severe challenge to find time to workout. I periodically went for runs while pushing a stroller around. I worked out to videos with numerous children crawling all over me, however as the children grew older, life simply became even more challenging. I was then driving them to their own practices as well as games. Because a healthy lifestyle is terribly important to me, I’ve regularly figured out ways to workout in some type of way. Now that I’m in my fifties, my youngsters are all grown up with properties of their own. I have plenty of time to workout all the time these days. The real issue now is that my age periodically frustrates me. I am no longer able to workout in an advanced type of way. I can’t run various miles, perform back handsprings or do a ton of push ups. However, I am fully dedicated to maintaining my strength, flexibility, balance as well as stamina these days. Because of my total commitment to usual exercise, I look as well as feel a great deal younger than my peers. I haven’t suffered any major health issues or injuries.
