Installing radiant heated floors in a truly outdated beach house

The heating plus cooling specialist said I was truly wrong on that assumption

I am coming close to being finished making the near impossible happen, but i had been completely restoring this truly outdated house built in the 1960’s with modern everything! I redid the windows, the rooms, plus I even got all modern flooring put into the place, however the last touch was to install radiant radiant heated floors into the home’s dining room. The living room is being heated by space heating systems for now. I had thought about getting central heating, ventilation, plus A/C system, even though I am trying to keep the costs down in terms of energy use… For the dining room, since it’s the only place other than the bathrooms that are tile, I figured that radiant radiant heated floors would be the best rout to go in terms of heating. I am having a small time heating plus cooling local supplier take care of this job, plus I am paying him well to do so. Though, he said that the tiles have to be completely upgraded first. This is the only thing from the original flooring of the beach house that I have not yet upgraded. I had originally thought that because it was tile, that radiant radiant heated floors would work plus be nice with the outdated tile. The heating plus cooling specialist said I was truly wrong on that assumption. It had something to do with the make of the brick plus mixing it with the radiant heat that would be coming up from the radiant radiant heated floors. That will be done in the next week. Then, all is done plus a large success! I can’t wait!
