I love the group environment

My buddy Sharla and I do a group physical training class once a week.

The people I was with and I have done every single type of fitness class together.

Sharla and I have done pole dancing, zumba, sizzling hot yoga and even a spin class, and nothing undoubtedly has ever kept our interest until this class. The gym is really all about personal training; You are not left to your own devices to go work out. It is also uncommon than the normal fitness class… Usually Sharla and I rest in the back and do our own thing. Sharla and I then complain the two of us are not losing enough weight and leave after a month. The group physical training class honestly does have 10 other adolescents in it, however the group of us all are there to work. The personal trainer does not typically keep us in whole group the entire time too. The people I was with and I go and work out for a while individually, with partners and in small groups too. The trainer is basically always constantly moving us around and monitoring us. I always get personalized attention every class. He knows what areas of the body I honestly am trying to tone and how it is going for me. The amazing personalized attention makes it so much better. I work so much harder because I want to achieve the goals the trainer personally set for me. I also believe like I need to impress him! Sharla and I just like the class and have talked about upping the amount of afternoons the two of us go. Sincerely, I bet if the two of us decided to go more the two of us would quickly look so good. I like the class.
