Licensed HVAC worker did not fix the issue with the coil on the heat pump

Since the heating and cooling appointments were all booked up for that week she had to wait until the following week for the heating, ventilation and cooling technician to come to her house again

Nowadays I feel like people are always looking for the easiest way out. What I mean is that people don’t want to put time and effort into work anymore. There is not hard-working, dedicated workers nowadays that really love their job, especially in the heating and cooling industry. Customers now are fighting tooth-and-nail trying to find the best heating and cooling company. My sister the other weekend had a poor experience with a local and heating cooling company. The heating, ventilation and cooling technician didn’t even bother taking his shoes off. The technician carried in a lot of dirt and debris from outside. Plus he did not fully fix the issue with my sister’s heating and cooling system. Basically what the heating and cooling technician did was that he fixed one problem but didn’t fix the other. The HVAC technician installed a new switch to the heat pump but he did not fix the coil that cools the air from the outside for the inside of the home. So my sister had to call the heating and cooling company again, and then schedule another heating and cooling appointment. Since the heating and cooling appointments were all booked up for that week she had to wait until the following week for the heating, ventilation and cooling technician to come to her house again. Within that span of a week in waiting for the hvac technician to fix the coil, she had no air conditioning in her home. This was all because she felt like the heating and cooling technician was in a rush the first time and forgot to replace the coil. I just don’t understand why professional and licensed workers aren’t taking the time to do their job appropriately.
