It took me numerous years of dealing with bad electricians before I found this local handyman who covers all of our electrical and plumbing needs in 1. He’s basically a retired craftsman who does handyman labor as a side task, but that’s in our favor because he’s not eager for labor or income and will never pressure any of his clients into unnecessary procedures and false repairs. He fixed our shower drain and numerous blown electrical outlets all in the same afternoon and charged the same hourly rate between the more than one, with some of the labor overlapping. That means I saved more than I would hiring a plumber and electrician separately, on top of his hourly fees being much lower anyway. I only wished he diagnosed central heating and cooling systems because I need a new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professional in the worst way possible. I was sold an a/c that I am now told is not large enough for the numerous study room home I own. I could never get the temperature down below 72 degrees while I was in the summer time right after purchasing it, and now I’m looking at buying a new a/c again to substitute that 1. I never signed a warranty or a guarantee contract with that particular Heating, Ventilation, and A/C company so I had no recourse. But, the important issue I have is trusting anyone after this exhausting experience. I don’t want to go through numerous Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals before I finally find someone who is reputable.
