Filtration for the water and the air is necessary at these high altitudes

At really high altitudes, the water and air can sometimes be problematic.

  • My girlfriend and I wanted to move farther up in the mountains, and we started looking at real estate a few months ago.

Most of the properties are equipped with a water and air filtration unit. In fact, I would estimate that 90% of the properties had at least a water purifier and air purifier, or some other type of filtration system. My girlfriend and I searched and searched, and we finally found a wonderful two-bedroom cabin that seemed perfect for our needs. We contacted the local realtor and made arrangements to see the property right away. We drove 50 miles up the mountain, and we could tell that the altitude changed significantly. It really did feel different, and my girlfriend and I could smell the crispness of the mountain air. The two-bedroom cabin was absolutely perfect. Neither one of us were surprised to find an air filtration system and water purifier. We were surprised to see a brand new heating and air conditioning unit. Most of the cabins on the mountain don’t even have central heat or AC. When my girlfriend saw the new appliances, she turned around and smiled. I knew she was in love with the place, and we started discussing our options. After talking with the realtor, we decided to make an offer of full asking price. It only took two hours for the owners to respond, and they were pleased with our offer. My girlfriend and I will be closing on the sale in three weeks, as long as things go well.
