So there’s this little bistro down the street from our home and I guess I am basically keeping them open for business, i hardly ever see anyone else in there, however they have literally the world’s best egg salad and I want it every single morning, however some days I go in and have it for breakfast, some days I go in and have an egg salad sandwich for breakfast, and some days I go and get a takeout order for an morning snack, and the stuff is addictive, let me tell you.
Anyway, the other reason that I love this locale is because they have absolutely wonderful indoor air quality in there.
I believe that sounds dumb, however in some diners I go in, the heating is regularly turned up too tepid or the a/c is turned down too low. I dislike trying to go in somewhere and like a meal when I’m covered in sweat or cold, and so the indoor air quality of a diner genuinely is important to me. I mean, I don’t absolutely want to eat egg salad in a super tepid room with sweltering air blowing on our head through the heating vents! I guess this locale is absolutely great. I believe the manager tries to keep the thermostat at just the right levels because a few times when I’ve been the only customer, he has asked me if I guess the heating and a/c feels okay in the dining area. I regularly tell his yep, because I that whatever she’s doing to determine the proper thermostat controls in the bistro is exactly the right thing! I’m going to start spreading the word about this locale because I don’t want them to go out of business. I need their fine indoor air quality and more importantly, their egg salad!
