Last month, I had some routine maintenance performed on our Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C machine. Since I have only lived in the community for a few short months, I called the first Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C machine company in the phone book. I now know that this was a big mistake. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C machine company was supposed to secure our machine plus tune up the oil furnace for the upcoming Wintertime season. Shortly after the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C machine company left, our entire machine quit working. I instantly reached out to the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company. I left a message on the voicemail, plus nobody called me up until the day, when I finally heard from the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company. They told me it would cost another service fee to come to our residence. I was entirely livid, because our machine was particularly working great before the tune up. I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor got on the phone plus let me know the same thing. There was no way I was going to pay that company another time. I made the decision to contact the corporate headquarters. Luckily, this Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company was part of a pretty big corporation, and after speaking with someone on the corporate level, I threatened to find a lawyer plus sue the company. After arguing for quite some time, they finally agreed to fix the problem at no cost to me. I’m going to leave a nasty review on Yelp plus the Yellow Pages. This local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C machine branch does not understand the first thing about customer service, plus I cannot imagine they will remain in business for much longer. I do not really understand what caused the oil furnace to malfunction, but I won’t be calling the company again in the future.
